TryTallow Shipping Policy

Every balm we ship is handmade with care right here in New Jersey. We pack and send orders as fast as we can — no big warehouses, just real people making real skincare.

🚚 Processing Time:

Orders typically ship out within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume times (like restocks or sales), it might take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S.

• Orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days once shipped.

• You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

🌍 International Shipping:

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

(But if you’re outside the U.S. and really want some balm, shoot us an email at hi@trytallow.com — we might be able to work something out.)

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your order is with the carrier, it’s out of our control — but we’re still here to help.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package is MIA, email hi@trytallow.com and we’ll figure it out together.
