Every balm we ship is handmade with care right here in New Jersey. We pack and send orders as fast as we can — no big warehouses, just real people making real skincare.
🚚 Processing Time:
Orders typically ship out within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume times (like restocks or sales), it might take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days once shipped.

🌍 International Shipping:
We currently ship within the U.S. only.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order is with the carrier, it’s out of our control — but we’re still here to help.
